Scope of the project:

Supply of support for Commissioning department for commissioning of NPP EMO34 Conventional island in field:

  • Electro
  • I&C
  • Technology
  • Spport to Operation
  • Supply of on demand works and material by FIN team

Role of company in the project:

Supply of support for commissioning activities for Project: Completion of NPP Mochovce Unit 34:

Part Technology:

  • Assurance and preparation of work place for tests execution.
  • Manipulation on equipment and their service performed in compliance with individual steps of relevant commissioning procedure, as well as following the Operational manuals and schemes supplied by manufacturer of equipment.
  • Filling and drainage of systems
  • Set up of boards of tested equipment
  • Watering and dewatering if impulse lines
  • Set up of limit positions of actuators
  • Tests of motor’s rotation
  • Check of oil refill
  • Assurance of operational maintenance during the execution of relevant tests (periodical lubricating of bearing, cleaning of filters, refilling of operating fillings, small reparations, sealing, ets.) where spare parts shall be delivered by relevant contractor of equipment as well as fillings otherwise it shall be arranged by Owner
  • Exchange of filters
  • Check of the run of equipment during the tests execution
  • Technical support, manipulation and service during the execution of functional testing according to instructions of Owner’s responsible personnel if requested.

  • Manipulation on equipment and their service is performed in compliance with individual steps of relevant commissioning procedure as well as following the Operational manuals and schemes supplied by manufacturer of equipment.

  • Evaluation of Integrated test criteria for Outlet ELE and I&C
  • Execution of Integrated test of consumers – outlets according to type

  • Evaluation of Outlet Integrated Test Success criteria Technology – Electro

  • Technical support during execution of Functional Tests – registration of changes identified during the testing into design documentation by red pencil
  • Calibration and verification of measuring circuits of CI: U3+8 – 3007 pieces (U3+4+8 – 4600 pieces) in the following scope:
    • Measurement of temperature and difference of temperature:
      T, dT: 1562 pcs

    • Measurement of pressure and difference of pressure P. dP: 568 pcs

    • Measurement of levels L: 433 pcs

    • Measurement of flowrate F: 290 pcs

    • Measurement of humidity M: 9 pcs

    • Measurement of analyzers Q: 145 pcs

  • Assurance of necessary calibrating instruments and execution of test according to program 3P111A Integration of Secondary Circuit (Cl) (field instrumentation / I&C) unit 3
  • Check of correctness of field instrumentation connection and I&C switchboard (loop-check for measurements) – ringing of whole line by current generators including necessary connection / disconnection of cables
  • In case of need to assure access to sensors / actuators (ladder, scaffold, platform)
  • Problems resolution in terms of connection in case they are not in compliance with approved design documentation (Detail Design)
  • Verification of correct calibration of measuring circuits in whole measuring scope with calibrators (pressurized pump, resistance decade, current generator) according to program (that means to set up the pressure in 9 points, taking the values in MCR and comparison of the accuracy with requirements)
  • Assembly / disassembly of instruments to impulse lines to verify a measurement
  • Performance of supporting activities on technological part to programs 3P144A – Loop check TXS, 3P144B Loop check T2000 – part electro + technology Cl 1616 / 2895 approx. 3000 actuators
  • Supporting activities according to procedure in technological program (for the check of connection between field and DCS, simulations on the level of signals 24V, assembly / disassembly of cables, covers for connection termination for actuators, check of presence of signal in MCR)
  • Performance of supporting activities on technological part interconnections with third parties’ systems (HVAC, FDPS, EPS, etc.), simulations on the level of signals 24V, assembly / disassembly of cables, covers for connection termination for actuators, check of presence of signal in MCR) as in fact within Cl deliveries, each contractor works only within the boundaries of its contracted scope of delivery.
  • Evidence of commissioning logbook and complete evidence in commissioning test program.
  • Elaboration of the protocol form of performed Integrated test of outlet Technology – Electro – I&C
  • Elaboration of the protocol form of performed Integrated test of outlet Electro – I&C
  • Elaboration of compete Revision Report for whole switchboard (SOPOS)
  • Elaboration of the protocol form for performed test of outlet
  • Elaboration of missing Revision Reports
  • Elaboration of the protocol form of performed Individual /Functional Test
  • Elaboration of Nonconformity Reports in case of findings according to valid Project Rules
  • Elaboration of Handover / Takeover protocols for individual electric devices

Part Electro:

  • Manipulation on equipment and their service must be performed in compliance with individual steps of relevant commissioning procedure as well as following the Operational
  • Execution and management of Individual tests according to Owner’s request
  • Technical support, manipulation and service during the execution of functional testing according to instructions of Owner’s responsible personnel.
  • Assurance of work place safety, readiness and labelling with safety stripe
  • Evidence into Commissioning LogBook – start of Individual / Functional Test
  • Briefing – Test content familiarization, H&S and fire training
  • Execution of switchboard inlet test according to steps of relevant FuT program
  • Evaluation of Inlet Test success criteria
  • Execution of switchboard outlets according to steps of relevant FuT program
  • Evaluation of Outlet Test success criteria
  • Execution of Integrated Outlet test ELE and I&C switchboards according to steps of relevant FuT program
  • Evaluation of Outlet Test success criteria for ELE and I&C switchboards
  • Execution of Integrated test of consumers – outlets according to type diagram with traceability Technology – Electro – I&C
  • Evaluation of Outlet Integrated Test success criteria Technology – Electro – I&C
  • Technical support during execution of FuTs – registration of changes identified during the testing into documentation by red pencil
  • Support during the execution of Primary tests, measurement of step and touch voltages, measurement of circuit loads PT and VT 400kV for unit 3
  • Support during the execution of Primary tests, measurement of step and touch voltages, measurement of circuit loads PT and VT 400kV for unit 4
  • Support during the execution of Primary tests, measurement of step and touch voltages, measurement of circuit loads PT and VT 400kV for unit 4
